I know, I know, I haven t been as often as i used to be here *bouncing her head against the wall* I already said last year that my creativity to make posts was lacking badly. Been thinking what could i possibly talk about in my next post? I know i m good at one thing, writing a huge post with ... nothing in it. Look I already made several lines out of it.
Anyway, things have been insane at work, which makes me realize that me and competition are not good friends, I hate competition, every month when i meet my manager,

I have the feeling i m coming with my grades like in school 'u ve been a bad bad girl, give me ur fingers' and BANG the ugly wood rule smashing ur fingers ;( So i d figured it out, I have to move ... wait...*thinking* ... I have to make my resume up to date, look for job, interview *looking at monster.com* ... damn i should have study engineering *sighs!*... *back on the lazy mode, sitting on my bed blogging*... well I ll think about it. I still wanna do it, but in the mean, i d like to go to India first, then will start again the resume-jobhunting-interview later when the financial crisis will be even bigger.
So what else?
Well I have to thanks 2 people today because they ve been super cool wid me, yes, at least i m lucky to have such great people in my life.
First of all Tarun has been a great gtalk friend :) I followed him each day through his master s exams, learn so much about how wearing formal dress makes him be more successful during his exam or how to stop hangover by drinkin sprite :) During the evening we sometimes do quizz, no we don t have boring life, we are actually doing social studies to see how similar can be 2 people different (by culture, religion, country...)
So if u have nothing else to do u can go on that blog thing :) So thanks again T. for getting me out of my grumpy-complaining-irish mood :)
Now the second person I deeply need to thank is my future Guru Vijay :) and guess what I met him through Orkut,

no no I know what u re thinking *she s starting a speed dating service on orkut* no u pervert, I was looking for some tips to go to India and I picked obviously indian people from a community living in Dublin :) Ok I picked single guys, but i have a theory *she s definitively starting an Orkudating!* noooo!
-Indian girls are too suspiscious, they will think what the hell this french girl wants to talk to me :( no offence for the Indian girls but none of the girls I added as a friend accepted me :(
-Married/committed Indians men: forget about it, if he dare accepting me it s probably cz his wife is NOT part of his friends' list :) or because he thinks he can have a hot one night stand with a sexy frenchy girl :)
So in consequence I picked the single guys possibly the not so desperate one :) yeah I got some weird ones but I have to say I am quite lucky cause I met nice people including Vijay:)
So Vijay, who freshly arrived in Ireland less than 4 months ago is such a nice guy because first of all he loves my pasta :) and he s gonna help me to hopefully get rid of my migraine. Last monday he actually got rid of my headache which is a good start.
Now before he can work his magic on me I need to know how to get relax, which is the tricky part. I had to listen to a woman for 30 min to get relaxed and learn how to visualize. The most difficult part was to actually STAY relax for 30 min. The first 15 min where OK, then she started to ask me to visualize an orange pencil, a green chair and so on *y do i have to see that freakin green chair in my mind again? oh yeah to VISUALIZE my bad*


the worst part was to visualize the noise of people clapping, seagals making noise, baby girl laughing (pretty annoying that litle girl)! Anyway, I have to listen to it again, and again and again untill I can fully relax during 30 min :) not easy people specially wid a super energetic frenchy like me so wish me luck i ll keep u posted :)

Couple months back now, during one of my Toastmaster International Meeting, I was asked to participate to a Debate, the subject was: Life is Easier for Men, they asked if I wanted to propose the motion or oppose it! What can I say, it was my duty as a Feminist to propose the motion of course. To oppose the motion, Mickael. Now, most if it was turn in light way, i avoid difficult topics, just mentioned them at the end of the speech. You have to know, that I m from Europe, and I m generally talking about what I ve seen there, it might be different outside Europe, specially India, and I would love to know how it is there... please Gentlemen don t be offended, there is nothing personal ;) At the end of the Debate, we voted to see who was in favor of the motion or note, and I won ;) with women and men votes ;) Though, there is one lady who was totally against me, very very old school ;(

Life is easier for men well Ladies and Gentlemen, this is not a question, this is a FACT.

the INSEE, one of the biggest survey company showed the difference of salary between woman and man. In overall, net salary 20% of difference, 20. Let me ask you a question...WHY? One of the reason is because well you know you might get pregnant... oh ok, thanks to the small contribution of the gentleman (sorry ;) indeed we can but who's gonna carry the baby for 9 months, gain weight, be in pain during the birth... the woman!

Now, as a woman, you want to please your husband, he wants to go camping, do you think he s going to choose a camping based on your needs
(Woman) 'euh honey, where are the bathroom?',
(Man) "Bathroom!!!, this is a camping ok, enjoy the nature"
No need rite, hey here is a tree grant! zip (turned my back, whistle and pretend to) however for a woman, in case your did not noticed, it s over there (show the knees) that our trouser are going to be, so a tree wont fit!

How about waxing, how many hours we spent shaving our legs, arms and the rest, what would he say if we don't

Even when we are kids, life is easier for boy, what do u get for Xmas, a GI JO to play tough, as for girls, was looking on Argos recently u can get a vacuum cleaner!!!
When a man is sick, OMG this is the end of the world.
(Man) 'Look I cut my finger with a paper, ahhhh i m bleeding, arfffff i m dying..... '
Don t you think we have enough with the kids. Don t do that, don't touch that, not in front of the kids, don t wear that.

Speaking of wearing: an outfit for a man during a weekday: suit, shirt, tie, socks and shoes, (Man) 'omg honey can you tell which tie should i match with my shirt.'
An outfit for a woman during a weekday: top plus bottom, matching socks and shoes, proper underwear underneath to avoid nasty comments, purse, make up, perfume and hair done.
An outfit for a man during weekend: whatever shirt, jeans and sport shoes.
For a woman: if you dare wearing that kind of training outfit for gym, your husband,
(Man) 'euh honey you re not going out like that rite, you re going to change before!'

One of the worst thing would be, you are going back home it is late, you are exhausted because you have been working like your husband, you did not even remove your shoes you can hear your husband sitting on the coach watching tv: 'what s up for diner?'
Did it never occur to you that you can cook: 'here is the fridge and the oven, let me introduce you to the kitchen.' And in case, he finally decided to cook, he will mess up completely the entire kitchen and will say to you: 'well I cooked u clean now!'

Of course I can go on and on with even more example on how life is easier for men like they don t or rarely have sexual harassment, marital fight, macho joke but to conclude my speech, let me give you a quote from Charlotte Whitthon, Former Mayer of Ottawa
“Whatever women do they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good. Luckily, this is not difficult.”

So, for all the women here and the men who are brave enough and smart ;) to face the truth, you MUST vote in favor of this motion.
